“登录”，不如翻译成“录入”
   “患者帐户消息集”可以考虑翻译成“患者帐务消息集”，主要看前后统一！
    如果在“费用，支付，调整，保险”等词汇中加入“单”，可能效果更佳，更符合国人习惯！
    例如：交费单、支付单、调整单、保险单等，与后面的其他单据呼应！
   
    另，原文中有无的逗号和顿号之分？那样可能更能加深理解

为一个信息单元，Visit一词要统一翻译成“就诊”，不要“访问”；

“Additional Demographics 附加的人口统计学信息”的译法请再考虑，所谓Demographics实际上指一般的信息，如年龄，性别，职业，教育程度，籍贯，...词典上往往解释“Demographics”为“人口统计学信息”。我以前也遇到过，总觉得不顺，因为病历上的一般的信息显然不是主要用在“人口统计”上。是否可考虑译为“一般信息”或“一般统计信息”。

“Universal Bill Information 通用账单信息”这样译法似乎指信息的共享性，是否可能指“综合账单信息”？请根据语境再推敲。
